The Panda Kuroshio is a “Smile Adventure Train” wrapped to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the inauguration of West Japan Railway Company and the 40th anniversary of the opening of Shirahama Adventure World in Wakayama Prefecture.
I’d like to share with you the appeal of the Panda Kuroshio, so please watch the video.
