School is out for vacation and I decided it was time to visit Lublin. The biggest city east of Warsaw, Lublin has many things to do, places to visit, and sights to explore. This is my first time in this historic city. Join me as we ride first class on the train and then immediately begin exploring the side streets and neighborhoods. We will find ourselves along wedding shop way, Aqua Lublin, and on the old King’s road into the Old Town. Finally, we will get a traditional Polish meal at a local restaurant before stopping at the infamous Lublin Castle.

  1. ČD is a Czech train and the inscription was in Czech, actually this czech inscription says "Don't run on the train" 😊

  2. Replying here regarding premieres because that video was privated and I can no longer reply there 😡

What I meant as feedback came across too strong to you, I think. I was simply saying that I (as well as a lot of other people I assume) am not a fan of the premiere feature. YouTube lets you schedule publishing a video without it being a public premiere. You didn't have to take it down right away, I just wanted you to consider whether it has any advantages to you, or your viewers. Or well, see if anyone agrees or disagrees with me.

  3. Expect old town and city centre I recommend you to visit LSM district especially the oldest part, it is district projected after 2WW by pre-2WW architectures and has interesting urban aproach/ vision.
Second is open-air museum: Muzeum Wsi Lubelskiej w Lublinie

  4. Znowu narzekasz: na pogodę, na sklepy z rajstopami. Dobrze że kościół był otwarty, widać nie wiedzieli że przyjeżdżasz

  5. I don't know if you tried Lublin's snack: Cebularz lubelski. There were some on the shop window below the donuts, the round like bread with fried onions on top. I love it but some people don't. You could also buy some in 20:15 and in almost all food shops.
Józef Czechowicz was a Polish avant-garde poet of the interwar period born and died in Lublin (died during the bombing of Lublin in wwII).
The white goat standing on two legs is on the Lublin's coat of arms.
I wonder if you'll visit the two biggest Lublin Universities. One of Maria Sklodowska Curie – I've studied there, U can see the Maria's statue in frnt of Rektorat; and the Catholic one of John Paul II , where Karol Wojtyła tought. Go inside to see the courtyard with the staue. There are also polytechnic, agricultural academy and medical academy. Lublin is a lively city except July, August and September as students are on holidays.

I hope you could visit the Chapel of the Holy Trinity when you go to the Lublin Castle. It's very old and beautiful, if u like church paintings.
In Litewski Square you can find the location mirror which allows you to see people in this particular moment in Vilnius 🙂
    And many interesting things…

  6. 4:40 A decade ago I helped work do work on the inside of that building "Aqua Lublin" , or whatever it's name is. It has an ice skating rink on the inside, also. I will always remember only understanding one word the boss said, which of course, was "kurwa". It didn't take long to realize it was the only word in his vocabulary, so one morning I thought I will count how many times he says it.. A couple of hours in, and I only got to a couple hundred times he said the word — and after that I gave up on continuing to count.

  7. This is the dodgy part of town. They started to change that for the last few years with new development, but usually Railway station – Zamojska – Lubartowska trail was the most dangerous part of Lublin 🙂

  8. Przyjedź do Polski latem. Przed kawiarniami rozkładają się ogródki, a ulice tętnią życiem. Wszędzie zieleń i kwiaty. Zimą mało turystów, a Polacy przemykaja się ulicami, by szybko dotrzeć do ciepłego domu. Mamy dwa oblicza Polski – zimowe i letnie. Pozdrawiam z Warszawy.
