Great trip. And yeah perfect season for enjoying sightseeing restaurant bus. In my country, we have similar bus like that but running in pandemic era, and most of them are closer to Cafe than Restaurant, because only serve snack and light meal. On scheduled long distance bus trip, some companies provide Snack box or even rice box (like bento box) on board at their selected route beside stopping for rest and meal service at selected restaurant. Bit curious about Cherry blossom, is there any cherry on the trees during blooming periods?

Lovely. No sadly we do not haves buses like that in Canada. Canada's national flower actually is a leaf, the maple leaf. The one on our flag. Also each province and territory have their own flower.I live in Alberta so the flower is the wild rose. Do you get to pick what food you want? I wish we had buses like that in Canada.

La dalia es la flor nacional de México 🇲🇽, sin embargo quiero resaltar que gracias a un japonés (Tatsugoro Matsumoto), es que en México contamos con otro bello árbol como son las jacarandas, curiosamente de origen brasileño 🇧🇷. Esto debido a que un ex-presidente quería sembrar árboles de cerezo en la Ciudad de México, tal como vio que hicieron en esa época en Washington, sin embargo, Tatsugoro Matsumoto comentó que la ciudad, al no contar con las 4 estaciones del año marcadas, no sería viable su crecimiento, recomendando así las Jacarandas.

What a great way to view cherry blooms while having lunch and getting to know Kyoto.I'm originally from Seattle and at the University of Washington their cherry blooms are in bloom. And in Spokane, we are late for flowers. But Lilacs are huge here in Spokane.
