Vestry is a Michelin one star restaurant that serves New American cuisine that focuses on seafood and with heavy Japanese influences (that’s a mouthful). I was having problems figuring out what this restaurant serves because it has a lot of sushi/sashimi like Japanese-influenced stuff but also has dishes like salmon and risotto. It turns out the above description fits the bill the best.

I hesitated a bit while gauging the menu, but the food assured me of its quality and surely didn’t disappoint. This was my second visit and this visit was during restaurant week.
