🔴 Take a leisurely walk in Japan. Sapporo is in Hokkaido. Heading south from Sapporo Station, the Tanukikoji Shopping Street spreads out, and there are many exciting shops such as maid cafes, seafood bowl shops, steak shops, general merchandise shops, restaurants, and side dish shops.

    I’ve commented before how much I like the walks through covered street/atrium shopping streets. They are so unique, a great combination of chain stores and mom and pop small business. I’ve seen nothing like this here in the States. If we had one, I would walk through and shop often. Please do more of these walks + there seem to be so many in Tokyo. Of course, when the subway runs underneath there are train station malls – thanks for walking through that part. Thanks, Maki!
