About Thai Airways (from Wikipedia):
Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, trading as THAI (SET: THAI, Thai: บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน)) is the flag carrier airline of Thailand. Formed in 1961, the airline has its corporate headquarters in Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Chatuchak District, Bangkok, and primarily operates from Suvarnabhumi Airport. THAI is a founding member of the Star Alliance. The airline is the second-largest shareholder of the low-cost carrier Nok Air with a 15.94 per cent stake (2020), and it launched a regional carrier under the name Thai Smile in the middle of 2012 using the new Airbus A320 aircraft.

About Airbus A350 (from Wikipedia):
The Airbus A350 is a long-range, wide-body twin-engine jet airliner developed and produced by Airbus. The first A350 design proposed by Airbus in 2004, in response to the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, would have been a development of the A330 with composite wings and new engines. As market support was inadequate, in 2006, Airbus switched to a clean-sheet “XWB” (eXtra Wide Body) design, powered by two Rolls-Royce Trent XWB turbofan engines. The prototype first flew on 14 June 2013 from Toulouse in France. Type certification from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) was obtained in September 2014, followed by certification from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) two months later.

  1. Guys Dan is the best at this! love the HD footage of everything..More capacity coming on down under.. A380's back in New Zealand finally.. maybe do a long haul Dubai to Auckland Dan? welcome here!

  2. Notwithstanding some other problems Thai may have, I absolutely love their branding and aesthetic. The shades of purple and yellow, the orchids, etc.

  3. I pay for Premium You Tube – no ads!! That includes the content writer advertising products such as VPN's during their videos. Reported.

  4. Thank you for loving Thailand. I agree with you that Thai cut some cost on its services. However, I feel that it's in a middle stage, not improved nor terrible. But I hope that Thai will be more improve after it passing this financial crisis and reflect the culture of Thailand again. In addition, I also found as you that some hard products are not in their condition or damage. I think since Thai use its 350 and 77W in mixed with South Asia and Cargo flights (which is quite rare to found this fleet on South Asia and regional routes before the pandemic) it makes the hard product worn-out faster.

  5. Thai airways is the worst airline and shit business class seat I have ever seated. Foods are salty and overheated. One more thing flight I flew from Bangkok to Dubai it was serving US$0.50 ice cream on Business class🤮

  6. Thai Airways hasn't the best Business Class but the most affordable as of having your private seat on a long haul flight.

  7. Flew Thai business once 4 years ago. Food was nice but service standard was not as good. Asked the crew for panadol twice due to my headaches and she never returned to me. Fares are also not cheap and business class seats are often unavailable for point redemption.

  8. How easy for you to redeem a business class on Thai? I have enough points on my Amex but not sure how far ahead I should look.

  9. I am shocked by the cabin condition shown in this video. No wifi is a no-no to me. This is not a part of cost-cutting, but it is about the attention to the service quality. Food is not acceptable. Level of privacy should be leveraged.

  10. I had a great flight with Thai Airways, Service was worldclass 🙂 Review also available on my channel 😃

  11. Thai airways faces the crisis in its organisation by greed politicians who always drills this lucrative business until it was in a state of bankruptcy. At present, you experience a beginning stage of its return.

  12. Hello there nonstop dan may i suggest why wont you try philippine airlines as well please try philippine airlines and go to the philippines

  13. I don't fly Thai Airway for a long time. The employees don't want to serve Thai people. I fly China Airlines or Japan Airlines

  14. The food is great, but the airline is old and beat up , as you mention.

  15. I think there is no pleasing this cutie blonde dude. He just isn’t happy with anything his entire channel 😂

p.s. I’d still tab that though

  16. Well butterfly pea is a type of flower in Thai it's very popular uses as a herbal drink, the reason I reckon that they call it butterfly pea cause the flowers of this plant (which is a type of pea) looks like butterflies. There're also news in Bangkok where I live that the airways is not as smooth as silk as it once been. For the desert part, as a Thai myself, Thai deserts are sometime notorious for spoiling quickly like the sticky rice and mango which contains coconut milk, plus the taste ain't going to be like it's on the ground cause on planes we lose some of our taste sensitivity, which complicate things farer.

  17. They were broke and kick off many staffs, luckily cause its national airlines so must stay and got help, at the same time TG sold many good aircraft to just keep staying. TG Union knew everything what they have done. But at the same time, TG has enough power to loan the money to renew and be back. Let’s see.

  18. Thanks for the heads-up. Won’t be flying Thai.. for a modern aircraft, it already looks like it’s past its use by date..

  19. Dan The butterfly pea juice is not pee from butterflies but it is actually made from boiling a flower and adding sugar that’s it

  20. I can see an see an individual air vent in the bathroom but not in the seat lol

  21. I'm sorry. It's totally not related to the video but it's urgent and I don't know who to ask. My carry-on luggage length is 26" including wheels and the allowed length is 22" with wheels. Is it okay to take my 26" long luggage as carry on? Will there be any problem?

Can you pls help me by answering this comment?
