Tasted 8 different kinds of strawberries at Ichigo Kirari. Rent a bicycle at Kappa Station, and have lunch at an old-fashioned restaurant in a sesame shochu factory. After cafe time at a fruit winery, we enjoyed shopping for fresh vegetables and fruits at a roadside station.

For dinner, taste Kurume’s famous kushiyaki (grilled skewers), and the next day, go to a sake festival that attracts 100,000 visitors. After having sushi and oden for lunch at a Japanese-style izakaya, we visited the Kurume Bougain Forest, which will open in April.
