The renovation of the Indian Drinking Fountain in Yamashita Park was completed sometime ago!
This water tower was donated by an Indian merchant about 80 years ago.
The decorative part of the ceiling is decorated with a mosaic pattern using colorful tiles.
It is the only Indian-related structure in the city’s modern architecture and is recognized as a city historical landmark.
The azumaya, which features a bronze dome, has a color-changed?
And “THE WHARF HOUSE Yamashita Park” is about to open in front of the Indian Water Tower!
Where “Happy Lawson” was located until September 2020.
Renovated to not only a restaurant but also a facility with a reservation-only footbath!
The opening ceremony will be held on Friday, April 14, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Yamashita Park will become even more attractive. We are looking forward to its completion!
