Cool evening Baina Beach walk at Vasco da Gama, Goa It is the most underrated beach despite some uniqueness. This is a walk tour of the sandy beach of Baina at Vasco da Gama in the Indian state of Goa. Mood enlightens as we enter from Ravindra Bhawan side, passing from near a temple. This is one of the high gradient beaches where you have to be cautious. Its close to the Goa airport and the trajectory of the climbing aircraft from there.
You can see a plane taking off from Goa airport.
I had got struck in Goa when demonetization happened and that was just the next day of it. Hear the story in video.
Being a high gradient beach and resulting water turbulence, one high tide came and wetted my shorts while initially the water was just touching my feet.
Beach walking is perhaps the most soothing and rejuvenating walk especially early mornings or late evenings.
Regarding outside location, just behind Ravindra Bhavan is yard of the Vasco railway terminal.
This video was shot nearly empty pocket by James Narula on the memorable first day of Demonetization in India.
Thankfully the shopkeeper near the beach accepted the demonetized INR 500 note and James could enjoy the deliciously famous Goan fish curry!
This pristine view is before construction of the Baina Beach flyover!
Do not forget Baina beach when you go to Goa with friends
