If you like Tonkatsu, you’re gonna LOVE GyuKatsu!
Ever since I tried Gyukatsu for the first time, I was hooked! They are made with wagyu beef and you self-grill it on a hot plate to your desired temp.
I highly recommend going to Gyukatsu ichi ni san in Akihabara:
