    Portmore need a hospital. They keep building houses and shopping centers. The mayor need to put a hospital for the residents of portmore. It’s practically a city of its own.

    I hope they use different workmen because everyone in caymanas country club has to change their tiles it just pops up so easily and they turn the door to open on the inside and when you move in the same workmen asking if you would your door to be open on the outside and please take note of all fixtures because it seems like they have no supervisor.

    All of a sudden, everything in Portmore now cost $30 million. I remember when no one wanted to live in Portmore, especially from the middle income earners upwards.

    I would love to get a house over there but I am a senior and is afraid because portmore is so big and no hospital if you are sick you have to go to U C or Spanish town hospital uc too far and Spanish town is a no no lot of people turn off because of no hospital

    I use to get excited watching these videos but now it depresses me because the cost of house and land has significantly increased. The real estate market is unregulated… these cost can just be because there is a rise in the cost for construction materials.

    Are the residents of Portmore advocating for a hospital? How far is the closest one? Considering that so many people live there and with some many new developments in the pipeline, and talks of it being a parish, it needs its own hospital.

    Portmore too overcrowded. Ja…is becoming top heavy whereby it consists of just Kingston and Portmore. You cannot have development without proper infrastructure. It's a chaotic disaster in the making.
