Most people talk about travelling Japan by train. But really, trains are only good for certain areas of Japan. For my trip to Kansai, I decided to take the overnight ferry from Oita to Kobe.
Since this is a lesser talked about option, I thought I would share with you my experience of taking the overnight ferry.
