In this video we take a look inside Japanese Campervans and Motorhomes at the Nagoya camping car show. After seeing so many motorhomes and campers on the road, we were intrigued to take a look inside, and see how much they would cost. Not only were there hundreds of vans at the show, there were just as many dogs!

A number of these campervans look quite cozy and functional, I just don't think I could personally live without toilet/showering facilities for any long term… Or being able to stand upright π
The dog count took me out π
I came for the dog count, but stayed to make sure Dom got his Nuts bag. Was not disappointed.
A great look at the RV culture in Japan! I wish we had these smaller ones here in Canada.
If you're looking to buy a kei camper check out "coupy channel" on youtube, he literally reviews them and takes them on overnight trips to test the features etc.
I met a Japanese couple and their two young kids in a huge, colourful camper van in the middle of Kenya. They told me they would drive up through Somalia, Ethiopia, all the way to Sudan. I thought they were nuts, but I kinda have a better idea what they might have had in their van now to take up such an arduous journey.
Where they surprised to see foreigners at their fair?
And it's interesting to see what the japanese companies come up with. I find they often have really ingenious way of handling a small space.
I have been looking forward to watching this episode. Itβs so interesting to see the different use of space and styles. Really made me want to pack up and have an adventure (maybe when I win the lottery!) ha π the dogs were a lovely surprise. The giant doggies were my favourites they seemed so docile and soft! β€οΈ thanks for another great video π
Itβs absolutely remarkable how many child dogs there are over there. Loved this video for so many reasons. Mostly the humour, but so wonderful to see how Japanβs Van Life is booming.
