We spend 10 unforgettable days in Alberta, Canada – Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper. We start in Banff Town, exploring the Banff Gondola, Lake Minnewanka, and sample the local food, whilst keeping an eye out for bear sightings. Then we head north and stay for 3 nights by Lake Louise, visiting The Agnes Tea House, Emerald Lake and Moraine Lake, before finally heading to Jasper National Park – relaxing in this beautiful part of the world in our own log cabin.

I hope you enjoy this labour of love!? This was such a special holiday, I'm really proud of this video and hope it transports you with us. Let me know if you're interested in a follow up "travel guide" video. I've made a downloadable PDF with all hotels and activities visited in the meantime: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LclVuktYd92Np70AWC6n2Z-lgLyoDYva/view?usp=share_link
Great video! Iโd love to go to Banff! ๐ป
I can see the struggle you had to put this video together, Canada is a big wide and wonderful place, This video capture some of that magnificent scenery that can be found there,
Well done, another notable effort of good editing and interesting content throughout the event. Thank you and pleased you enjoyed being there,
Such a great video!! My favourite YouTube travel vid! Iโve wanted to visit Canada for a few years now and youโve made it top of the list to visit now.
Also, eagerly awaiting the full-version release of โHello Mr. Bearโ ๐๐
An amazing, outstanding & fantastic video by you๐๐ป๐๐ป
Also during the video your speech is outstanding ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป
This is superb. One of your best if I'm honest. I want to visit Canada now…
Thank you for such a fantastic video! This brings back so many good memories for us when we were visiting the Canadian Rockies more than 10 years ago. Jasper town looks so much more developed than when we were there. Looks like we would have to take out a small loan if we want to visit again, some of the prices seems significantly higher. Never the less itโs a fantastic place to visit if you can for at least once in your lifetime! Love all your videos and canโt wait for your next one.
Stunning video. โค As a Canadian who lives in the next province over (Saskatchewan) I sadly donโt get many opportunities to go to the mountains. Iโm definitely quite envious of those who live in BC and AB. I was in Jasper in 2015 and 2016. Absolutely loved it.
May I know when did you visit this place ? Which month ?
STUN-NING!!!! We keep saying we ought to head up there. From Seattle, we could drive, but maybe we'll just fly to Calgary. This was a beautiful video. You did a great job showcasing nature's beauty. And I liked your song. Better than my typical "Hey bear! Hey bear! Don't eat me, bear" that I usually shout/sing while hiking at Whistler/Blackcomb. Lol!!! So glad you got to check off all the animals on your list, plus chipmunks! ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฟ๏ธ๐ฆ๐ป๐๏ธ
wonderful
Well done! You captured the best of both parks.
Is good to watch your video, it reminds me why I never left Calgary and Canada after so many winters.
I've been fortunate to experience the Rockies North to South and North again. I have also been fortunate to be born to the Northern Parks and maintain regular jaunts into the front-mid-back country. Very much enjoyed your tour of highlights and encourage you to continue your travel vlogs. Well done ๐
I cant believe you saw all these animals, I live in Alberta, and go to Jasper/Banff at least once a year now, used to go far more, and Iโve never seen a Grizzly or moose, I had to leave the province to see my first black bear in Tofino. And you managed to see such a rare bear, beyond jealous! Looked like an amazing trip, so happy you loved the beautiful mountains, my recommendation, is donโt go into the prairies unless you want the two cities, which arenโt amazing, but are cool, especially the West Edmonton Mall, largest Mall in NA, and the largest parking lot in the world (that ones a little sad). The mall has a lot of largests, other then that Calgary has some great food
This was wonderful! My husband and I along with our son (15 years ago) did so much of this trip and it was very exciting to see it all again. However, now we are all pumped to want to plan a return trip and your well done video just made us thirsty to get it going. Your work is wonderful – thank you!
Spent a week in Banff/lake Louise last year, an absolutely amazing place
What a wonderful video ๐๐
I wish I could go there and see it live โ ๐๐
Job well done. Beautiful cinematography and voice over.
I must go to Canada again but this time to Jasper. This was one of the most beautiful travel videos I have watched! Subscribing! ๐ฅฐ๐ฅฐ
๐๐๐ My sincerest congratulations on a magical glimpse into this beautiful part of Canada. Your content was informative, scenic and greatly entertaining. Iโm heading to Banff, Jasper and Lake Louise in December, and although the weather will be dramatically different, the views that you highlighted have given me a better understanding of what and where to see over any other video I have watched.
Your footage teamed with a very poetic narration was a delight and I could certainly feel that you had fallen in love with Canada.
Iโm looking forward to more memorable videos you both produce. ๐
By the way, as an Australian I too found Minnewanka a tad amusing. ๐ฌ
Awesome but too short ๐ Excellent video quality!
Another stunning video Paul! I hope one day you'll feel confident in editing these vlogs and know that you're more than equal to the task. You've never let us down yet. Looking forward to the launch of the soon to be smash hit Hello Mr Bear ๐ป
I have seen a lot of Banff tour
video on youtube. But this one catches my interest. Although I have seen most of these sights. I was still glued to see more from your video. Very interesting storyline and some comedy on the side that makes it more beautiful and interesting to watch. Your hardships in making one is paid off. Really enjoyable and superb video of Banff. You won my vote, I subscribed! โค๏ธ๐๐๐ป
Your introduction is so touching. I grew up in Alberta and Banff and Jasper are very much in my heart, soul, and bones. It felt very much like someone had stepped into my backyard and told me how beautiful my home is. Thank you for appreciating the natural wonder of these amazing parks.
Thank you. You definitely did justice in capturing the beauty of The Rockies! Breathtaking!
Amazing enjoyment. Nice video ๐๐ฎ๐ณ
Wonderful video….not sure if I missed it but….what month did you go? I'm guessing maybe June?
You just took me back 30 years and our trip to Canada!!! We visited virtually all the same places and it still holds a special place in my heart. I want to go back ๐
I love this video, your commentary and videography on point. You guys did a great job ๐
Now your song is stuck in my head. Itโs so bad that itโs good ๐คฃ I enjoyed your funny commentary.
