“Rice Fields Art” is the project to use the rice with different colors to resemble canvas rice fields, creating a huge painting.
In 1993, as one of the town revitalization, it was initiated in the rice fields of Inakadate office behind by Aomori Prefecture Minamitsugaru county Inakadate village.
