This is an issue especially when trains pass over UP / Bihar. Office-goers would sit or even completely take over a reserved seat and even the TTE will not help.

I faced really a horrible situation on yesterday in between Mokama and Jhajha in Bihar in Patliputra Express. The sleeper coach was full of ticketless or general ticket passengers. I and my family was forced and threaten by a group of passengers to stand instead of valid reserved ticket. Even , a ticketless rowdy women was shouting and telling that she is a staff and staffs are allowed free and other general or ticketless passengers were supporting. The coach was hugely crowded, no RPF, no TTE and almost full of residential evils.
It happens only in Bihar and up
