  1. As a tourist I would not like to be in this place. If I wanted to see something like that I would just stay in the USA.

  2. another great walk JE and thank you for the subtitles at the start of the video , some really nice houses and also a quiet place , really well done and thank you for the walk JE 🙂

  3. You have too be quite wealthy too have some of these homes. The 3 white car Super Home at 4:20 belongs too a very Famous TV personality if I am not mistaken. This district is a who's who of Famous and not so famous people. Excellent footage.

  4. Yaa betul seperti apa yang saya lihat negara maju seperti jepun ramai rakyatnya mampu bina kehidupan lebih baik, di malaysia tidak ramai sangat yang kaya, biasanya kami ada rumah mewah dan tanah yang luas di kawasan kampung banyak juga rumah moden dibina kebanyakannya rumah tiada tingkat, macam jepun mereka suka rumah bertingkat kerana sukakan ketinggian melambangkan kekayaan mereka, yah kalau banding china, jepun lebih kaya walaupun gajinya tidaklah sebesar Amerika syarikat tapi puas hatilah

  7. I wanted to stop for fish and chips so badly! The restaurant near the end of the video looked so wonderful!

  8. You'd never know that you're pretty much in the heart of Tokyo. Such a serene and beautiful residential area. Great walk.

  9. Denenchōfu is certainly the supreme luxury residential area, but there are other places in Tōkyō such as Seijō in Setagaya Ward and Shōtō in Shibuya Ward etc. However, in fact, there is a high-class residential area in the Kansai region that are incomparable to these high-class residential areas in Tōkyō.

It is so high class that it is not well known compared to Denenchōfu, but it is in Rokurokusō-chō, Ashiya City, Hyōgo Prefecture. There is almost no nouveau riche here and only true rich people live here. If you have never been to Ashiya city near Kōbe and Ōsaka, I definitely recommend you to visit.

By the way, the inheritance tax is so high in Japan that it is a pity that the land area of the house is gradually getting smaller in Denenchōfu and others.

  10. I love your videos. Japan looks like such a nice place filled with nice people. Thank you for sharing your explorations!

  11. Tokyo is dotted with places where the wealthy live all over the place. Compared to countries where there is a large disparity between the rich and poor, there may be few houses that could be called mansions.Tokyo is dotted with places where the wealthy live all over the place. 12. I live in Yokohama and I have never been to Ashiya, Hyogo pref, as it's too far from my city. Ashiya is famous and well known as a top residential
area in Japan. In fact, I saw it on a Youtube channel that there are a lot of luxury houses, each of which was build on a large plot of land in
the hilly areas of Ashiya. Most of the houses look big and gorgeous. I noticed that a plot size of the house in Ashiya looks larger than that of
    Denen-chofu.

  13. I hope the info given here might be something of interesting thing to this video viewers. I remember some article on the news paper
that Tokyu Real Estate company developed a new residential area in Asumigaoka, Midori-ku, Chiba city in 1989, which is called
"One Hundred Hills". The house priced from 3.4 mil to 12 million US dollars at the time of starting the sale in 1989, depending
on how large the house and plot of land is. The plot of land ranges from 1650m2(17,660ft2) to 3,300m2(35,310ft2) and the house
size is from 429m2(4,590ft2) to 495m2(5,300ft2). After the burst of the bubble economy, the house sale dropped sharply.
Some houses( plot land size is around 1650m2(17,660ft2)) are now on the sale at the price ranging from 0.63 mil to 1 million US dollars.
The developed area looks like a luxury US residential area. Each house built in the One Hundred Hills has a large front and back yards
and faces a wide road with side walk. Unfortunately it is a story that happened in Chiba, not in Tokyo. If the area were in Tokyo,
the house price would gone up to an incredible level, presumably 20 times as high as those in Chiba.
