The staff at Takinoya Ryokan were very accomodating to my dietary restrictions. They specially prepared meals for me that doesn’t include meat and alcohol.
The meals shown in this video shows the amount of care and elegance that is put into this. Really a work of art. I enjoyed every bit of it.
Takinoya Ryokan is one of the high end Japanese inn you can stay in when you are in Noboribetsu Hokkaido. This place is well known for sulphur hot springs.
