The Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park (地獄谷野猿公苑) is home to Japan’s most famous hot-spring-bathing Snow Monkey or the Japanese Macaque and has become a major attraction. It is located in its natural habitat which is covered with snow for almost one-third of the year.
