Hirosaki is a city in the north of Japan not far from Aomori city capital of Aomori prefecture. It’s famous for apples so you will find a lot of apple stuff around including vending machines selling nothing but apple juice.
I walked from Hirosaki station to Yasaka shrine and Saishoin temple where met the New Year. Then I walked further to Hirosaki castle.
Did not find cats but found many snowmen ⛄

  1. In Akita prefecture, in the train station of Akita city, there is a statue of Hachiko, just like the one in Shibuya.
    Can you go there???
    Is it too far north???

  2. Great video. From empty streets to celebrating crowds. Thanks for the link for the green tea also.

  3. what i kinda started to notice and hate in those vids is that in Japan every machine seems to want to tell you a story. Everything talks so much its just stupid

  4. Luckily you have recorded version because in live stream version was cut out around 1:02:05 timestamp due to poor connection and suddenly went offline after that.

  5. Everything is so clean. You feel secure in these streets contrary to France my country which has become a craphole.

  6. At 54:30, is there significance or tradition to the burning of the material? Some of it looked painted. Or are they simply burning old studd at New Years.

Greetings from Naples, Florida. Wow, snowy, indeed! An awesome walk around Hirosaki. Thank you so much for sharing, have a nice week. 💯

  8. It was pretty creepy walking in dead silence and then suddenly hearing that temple bell – maybe I've seen too many Horror films lmao.

I love these kind of videos, no talk to comment what you see, you just let viewers watch and appreciate the sound of environment. thank for your hard work ( sorry if my English is bad 🙇‍♂️ I'm still learning this language)

  11. Scenic and so peaceful – the deep sound of the bell and fire with sparks above🔥, the moon in the clouds, stars 🌟🌜, and later the long walk to the castle – on TV it looks gorgeous !!! Thanks, it makes tired to walk in the crunchy snow☃️❄💙 !

  12. This was a beautiful walk. Thanks, Rambalac, for showing us this part of Japan. Happy New Year everybody.

  13. Oh God… I've just noticed your new avatar. Rambalac and his trusted yellow duckie riding a cat… EPIC!! 🤣

  14. 青森に来てくれてありがとうございます😊 キレイに撮ってくれて嬉しいです❄️✨

  15. It turned out to be a beautiful video! 🙂😉 It was ultra cool to see japan covered in snow in this video! 😎 Very impressive work, but I would also highlight the part where you stop at the bonfire for a few minutes, because it fits the mood of the video. 👌 During filming, you really got the idea that you have to stop a bit there and film that bonfire, because it will look good on the uploaded footage. 🤗 You're spot on about how it's going to fit in the video, and you're also spot on about where you need to go and what places you need to go to get a really stunning shot. 🙂 BIG LIKE!!! 🙂🙃😉👍

  16. enjoyable walk, as always. Interesting to see the methods used to protect the small bushes from heavy snow. Don't ever see that where i live, but then it snows like every other year…

  17. Thanks for sharing this beautiful walk with us. Walking the snowy dark streets is especially appealing and mysterious, reminds me of the scenes from H. Murakami’s novels ✨Greetings from sunny Los Angeles:)
