In this travel vlog, join us for a weekend the bonnie shores of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. We only had three days, and filled them with a huge variety of activities. The prehistoric stone monuments in Kilmartin Glen were particularly interesting. The towering forests near Pucks Glen provided much needed forest therapy. The glowing and ever changing atmosphere of the lochs have filled me with endless inspiration! I also used my new lens, the Samyang AF 12mm f/2, which has been an excellent addition to my kit!

Happy belated birthday and anniversary..I’m so glad you made it over to my part of the world. The areas you visited, Kilmartin, Tarbert, Inveraray etc were all part of the work area I covered, as I worked for the council before I retired and had a whole area remit..it’s so lovely to see it from an artist’s perspective..I live 5 mins drive from Loch Lomond and you visited when I love it best, on a cold, but sunny wintry day. The pictures and videos you took were amazing …wish my photos looked half as good lol. You’re pasta dish looked pretty amazing too 😋. Thank you for sharing xx

My photos don’t do Loch Lomond justice lol. Hope I get to visit your neck of the woods this year too.

Happy belated birthday! I made a day trip to Loch Lomond in 2014 when I was at a conference in Glasgow. My friends, who at the time lived there, showed me how to forage for some ground peas. They just dug something up from the ground and it tasted just like peas 🙂 Obviously an occasion to remember 😂. It is so beautiful there, I wish I could spend more time exploring. Perhaps one day… This video is so beautiful and soothing. Exactly what I needed today!💙
I’ve been to Loch Lomond and Glencoe and both are beautiful and magical! Scotland is one of my favorite places that I’ve ever been and it is wonderful to virtually visit again through your videos.
