Took my first Celebrity Cruise and was excited to try an “All Inclusive” Cruise Line with gratuities (tips), internet, food, meals and entertainment all built into Celebrity’s All-Inclusive Cruise Fare. However, I quickly learned I might still be paying more for some of these items once I boarded the Celebrity Infinity as not everything was all included!

These are Celebrity Cruise Tips you will NEED to learn – what is all included and what you will want to pay more for once onboard. You might want to try the nicer all-inclusive level of perks.

Filmed onboard the Celebrity Infinity.

  1. We did our first Celebrity cruise earlier in the month. We sailed in the retreat and loved it. I would be willing to pay more to have Celebrity be truly all-inclusive. I did notice that multiple people tipped bartenders extra.

  2. Thanks for the great information. I understand Celebrity honors your Crown & Anchor level… do you receive an equal number of daily free drinks? I saw mention of the Complimentary Captains Cocktail hour… are you familiar with that benefit? Thanks.

  3. Appreciate that you always take the time to share valuable information with your viewers.

  4. Good stuff Brandon. Will be good to hear about your Pinnacle “match” experience on Celebrity. I’m sure you have a video for that planned. 😊

  5. I agree that the “All Included” statement vs cruise only is not the best use of that term, wish they would come up with something that is not as confusing.

  6. Celebrity has never marketed itself as "All Inclusive" but has a pricing package option that is called "All Included" which is BASIC internet and CLASSIC beverage package as well as gratuities. They are NOT an all inclusive line but still in the Premium Line category. NCL has something almost the same Free at Sea and Princess has Princess Plus. Again, the marketing from Celebrity does not mention "All Inclusive" to my knowledge.

  7. I'd love to hear more about the Infinity. We've never sailed on her, but are looking at an itinerary with her to the Canary Islands. We've only sailed with Celebrity because of the high-quality food, superb service and lovely entertainment. Has the Infinity been refurbished? Happy New Year and thank you!

  8. Much prefer Celebrity over RCI. It’s just a nicer more laid back “adult” experience without a lot of kids running amok. No smoking allowed anywhere inside of the ship. It’s nice to sit in a casino without someone blowing smoke in your face. Only one announcement per day by the CD. The one negative is the smaller martini glasses being used by X. Hopefully RCI doesn’t move this move. Service on RCI is very good with a great friendly crew but it’s a slight step up on X. Suites on X is so much better than RCI. Both are great cruise lines and have their differences but in the end X is a step up.

  9. We were on Celebrity Apex over Thanksgiving (our first cruise since 2019!) and we paid for the cruise only. Obviously we did need to pay the gratuities but we're not drinkers and we like to unplug while on vacay. I'm so happy we did not get the All-Inclusive deal. Like you said, it's really not a 'deal' at all. They encourage you to use your phone to check the restaurant menu every evening – but we couldn't even connect! Their iLounge was always crowded with people looking for help to connect – it was FAR more difficult than it needed to be. We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise – and we're booked for next year already – but again, cruise only. Thanks for another great video Brandon! I hope your Christmas was wonderful and you & your family have a Happy, healthy New Year!!

  10. Celebrity also offer a cruise-only fare. When I priced cruises on their site yesterday – the Always Included fare did NOT appear at all unless you were booking retreat or aqua class. Read carefully.

  11. Exactly! I can't agree more with your opinion about the tips. It's not our responsibility. I wish more YouTubers wouldn't be afraid to say that.

  12. I only sail on Celebrity. I don't like people bashing Celebrity. Celebrity doesn't hide anything that you bashed them for. They tell you ahead of time.

  13. Sorry, I do believe if some special people such as your room steward should recieve more gratuity. The ones that make your holiday special, remember they all work hard almost 24/7, and are away from there home for at least 7 months. Don't have to tip everyone but those that go the extra mile they deserve it. Just like a server in a restaurant, without tips their pay is not that great.
