Great content; the Japanese food I miss the most from when I lived in Japan is nothing particularly fashionable-okonomiyake, gyudon, yakisoba, curry rice, katsu, soba, udon, ramen, etc. Keep up the good work-you don't have to show the #1 most highly rated chef in Japan to interest me. Hard working people making good food at good prices for other hard working people-I like.
Top notch. Water source, carbon farming, carefully selected seeds, entire village looking after crops, happy clean animals, daily harvest, daily delivered, and immaculate training from walking the premise to dashi stock, traditional udon making… Grade A restaurant.

得得うどんさんは、子供の頃、よく行った記憶があります。２玉や３玉でも値段が一緒で、たくさん食べられて美味しかったのを思い出しました。今度帰省したらまた行きたいな。
コロナ前は毎週通ってました。何食べても美味しいし、接客も素晴らしいお店です。またお伺いしますね。
