   Okiboru's not from Japan… they used to be out here in LA. Regardless, amazing Tsukamen spot. On par if not better than Tsujita out here. Too bad they closed.

    I've just been eating wonton style ramen noodles yo. Setimes I eat it dry with oystersauce or hoisin sauce. Lemme get dat gluten yo!!! Hahahahaha!!!

    I like the diversity of the revional Chinese dishes. I want to eat some Taiwanese breakfast, some fried doughnuts, some onion pancakes, some hot soy milk, some jook, then a ji pai fried chicken breast. Uncle rogerrrrrr would msg approve!!! Fuiyah

    You would never have thought about dipping bread into an egg… really? I thought nearly everybody did this… when your yolk breaks on your sunny eggs or whatever, I coat the bread in the yolk… it's the fucking best…
