I made a trek up to Sendai to check out some breakfast ramen. Ufushin has a different menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast, it’s a light soup with some fantastic toppings, homemade noodles, and salt from Okinawa. Worth a journey for sure!
I’ve met Masaki, the master, many times in Tokyo at ramen events, so I was super psyched to visit his shop.
