Not winter related but One tip i learned the hard way is to not book a long or super active excursion the day of your flight. We did the utv rides at Kuloa Ranch, almost missee flight because we didnt realize how dusty we we were and had to wash up and change clothes. We had already checked out of hotel by then.
PCC is closed on Wednesday too.
