Day trip from Shin-Osaka to Shin-Kobe! This side trip can be done also from Kyoto by Shinkansen train,
I wasn’t planning to go to Kobe at first but when I saw Nunobiki waterfall on google then I had to go! and it was stunning!
I also recommend to take the ropeway to see that amazing view of Kobe, then you can do like me and buy the return ticket and stop midway or just buy one way ticket and walk down from the top to reach the waterfall (so that you don’t have to hike up from Shin-kobe station but only walk down, so no fatigue lol)
There are other things to see in Kobe, but I was mainly interested to see the waterfall, the herbal gardens and the harborland!
