I got an invitation to visit a camel herder’s home in the Gobi Desert: of course I went! Big shout out to Sixt Mongolia for setting me up with this tiny but mighty car that carried me from Ulaanbaatar to… well, the steppe, the desert, remote towns, and various other amazing places 🙂

Note: This video was filmed last summer, in 2019 – pre-COVID times!

  1. I love that you guys have been enjoying the Mongolia series so much ❤️It's one of my favourite places on the planet and I can't wait to visit again when it's safe to do so. Will definitely visit Zorigoo and his family again – maybe this time on horseback? 😂 Take care of yourselves! 🙏

  2. As usual, as a parent I worry for your safety and risk taking BUT as usual there was a good payoff. The people you met were very gracious and willing to share their lives with you. Also some of the scenery was breathtakingly beautiful. Except for the long trek I would enjoy such an adventure myself. Be safe.

  3. be careful of the man called camel toe who offers mars like expeditions beyond the sand dunes to show you his polar vortex stretching studies, you ask where is this and he replies not far as mars we will perform a worm hole technique and be in uranus

  4. Thank you Eva, for advertising Mongolia! ❤️

  5. You die exactly the journey, I did in Mongolia. I even think I've been to the same camel camp. Nice to see that again 😍😍

  6. Eva – I am so happy that i found u here . You are one of the bravest woman i've ever seen. Keep going …

Khorkhog – Mongolian stone BBQ is not really regular meal. It is only for special occasion or for very important guest. And you deserve that.

  7. It is a pity that they are selling their land to the Chinese at a low price. Also, try to travel to the western part of Mongolia, especially Bayn Ulgii province, I would like to visit there too. anyway that desert is cool

  8. Eva, did anyone tell you about the gigantic red sand worm in the Gobi Desert called the death worm that spews deadly corrosive venom & electrical shocks onto its victims, mainly camels & people?

  9. i thought Mongolia only had people living in huts in the mountains, didnt know they had roads, cars, building, resturants
