Popular events include the the Atsuta Shrine Festival (Jun), with dance, archery and sumo wrestling; the Nagoya Castle Summer Festival (Aug), a multiweek event with concerts and food stalls; the Nagoya Festival (Oct), with a military-style procession; and the longstanding Osu Street Performers’ Festival (Oct).
