Hi Eddy. Sorry, I missed the live broadcast, but when it's 3 p.m. in Bangkok, it is 2 a.m. here in Minneapolis. I am watching the replay while working on my column for Friday. Read the temperatures are a bit 'warm' there. (I noticed the USA flag sticker on the bus). Glad seeing you doing travel videos again. -Best, Mark.
Great to see you out ad about Ed . I'm there in 4 days. Nerves are building up a little. Ie do I bring this or that 🤔 fun fact. Hungry Jack's in Australia has nickname; Hairy Snatch " 😆
i think peter seen you doing vids being out and about and not sitting like a tool inside all the time so he shown us some Pattaya after a whole month lol
hi eddy. been to khaosan road many times in the past, looks very quiet to what it used to be, what ever time of the day it was. first went in the 80s, i spend a new years eve there in a irish bar in 2003, best new year i had ever had . in the evenings you could hardly move for people.
I was staying just one street over, about a one minute walk from Khaosan Road through a shop filled alleyway joining the two streets together. On Rambuttri Road. Ha, ha,….just noticed you walked down Rambuttri Road right past my hotel/guest house I stayed several days at. Khaosan Road would be just to your left ..a walk through one of the alleyways. There are at least two. Those alleyways are easy. Especially the alleyway by that bend corner in the road. It goes straight to Khaosan. I took those alleyways often. Great place. Spent a lot of time on both streets. Visited the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, the Temple of the Reclining Buddha. Other temples. Two big amulet markets. The river….. Great food. Wonderful people. Lots of walking. Lots of Tuk Tuk rides. Gotta love Bangkok. Amazing city. Thanks for the videos Eddie. Hope to run into you for a drink. 👍🏼👋🏼🙏🏼☸️🇹🇭🇰🇭
Hi Ed, love the stream as always, Not a criticism at all but one request would be a gimbal if poss ? Not going to lie was feeling a bit motion sickness about 40mins in……….Totally up to you but it would compliment your hard work nicely 👍
B420 from Sukhumwit to Khao San isn't too bad a price mate. One recommendation I would make is, as he seemed to speak decent English, didn't piss you around, you should have asked for his number/business card, for decent, reliable drivers either tuk-tuk, or taxi are hard to come by, can be a real asset when in Thailand.

Over two hours? Wow. That's too long…. How much can you rattle on this topic? Hmm
