BRITISH COUPLE’S FULL DAY IN KYOTO – TRYING JAPANESE STREET FOODS/DESSERTS 🇯🇵



Follow our journey of a British Filipino couple flying to our dream destination of Japan for the first time. When we heard Japan is opening we were so excited & booked right away! Today we visited the most famous temple in Japan called Kinkaku-Ji. Followed by exploring the famous Japanese street in Kyoto called Ninenzaka where we tried lots of Japanese street food and desserts. We were shocked it tasted so good! Our first impression of Kyoto surprised us, it’s everything we had dreamed of and more.

    Trivia….
    The traditional dresses they wear is called kimono. There are different kinds, thinner ones for the summer and thicker ones for winter.
    Also theres a type of kimono that they wear for the.public bath, thin ones called yukatta

    Another awesome adventure! Definitely more crowded then other places you have visited. There is a temple/palace in Seoul, South Korea that looks very similar to that place. Good thing you are getting your exercise in eating all those bread like foods 😜😜

    Hope you can visit the “nap pods” in Tokyo as well as the 7-eleven that has the screen of the self-checkout that is in the air……
