There were about ten more dishes that I couldn’t post due to the image limit. Sushi Satoshi in the Apgujeong area in Gangnam; about 3 hours total and 200,000 krw + 110,000 for the sake. The pictured dishes are (to the best of my knowledge, as I’m not 100% sure of some of the english names of the fish):

Kuruma shrimp (head was fried, not shown)

    Flatfish

King crab meat with Boston uni and ikura marinated in balsamic

    Soft shell clam in broth

Young tuna, lightly smoked, with a dab of scallion and ginger paste

Fried tilefish with fried shiso and a dab of umeboshi paste

Some type of mackerel as maki without rice (I always forget the name for these fish-only maki, if someone can remind me that’d be great)

    Chutoro sushi

    Horse mackerel sushi (absolute favorite)

    Hokkaido uni on rice

    Amaebi sushi

    Some type of bream sushi

    Halfbeak sushi

    Grilled gilt

Grilled gilt on rice with a broth made from the roasted gilt bones

    Saury (I think?) Sushi

    Herring? Sushi

    Trevally? sushi

    Anago sushi

    Tamagoyaki
