[ 4K UltraHD ] 信州 桜の穴場 光前寺の桜 – Cherry Blossoms at Kozenji temple – (shot on Samsung NX1)

長野県駒ケ根市の光前寺は、見事な桜と日本庭園で有名な南信州のお寺です。南信では最も有名な高遠城址の桜と比べると一週間程遅く見頃になるせいか、あまり混雑する事なく、ゆっくり桜を堪能できる穴場的スポットでもあります。
真っ青な空、雪をかぶった宝剣岳を含む中央アルプスの山々、さらに様々な種類の桜を一度に楽しむことができ、最高の一日でした。
同時期に近くの駒が池や大沼湖の湖畔の桜も見頃となるため、中央アルプスと桜の映り込みが見事な２つの湖も一緒に訪れるといいかもしれません。

Kozenji temple is located in the city of Komagane and one of the biggest temple in Nagano prefecture.
It is widely known as sacred place for prayer in south Shinshu (Nagano prefecture) and also famous for these amazing cherry blossom trees and the Japanese garden.
The cherry usually blooms about a week later than other famous cherry blossoms sites in south Shinshu area, the garden is less crowded compared to the other famous places.
