On this episode of Tere Gully Mein, we took Telugu cinema, superstar Naga Chaitanya to some of the Iconic South Indian Restaurants in Mumbai in a Kaali Peeli Taxi

We enjoyed authentic filter coffee at one of the oldest South Indian joints in Matunga and also tried Naga’s favorite Dosa but with a Mumbaiya twist to it. And to our surprise, Naga loved Mumbai’s fusion waffle dosa.
Naga also performed a small screen test by reciting some of the most famous Hindi film dialogues. And undoubtedly he will receive calls from all Bollywood film producers after this screen test. Watch this fun and candid conversation and do let us know if you liked our video in the comment section below.

  1. Deja vu to the times when interviews with Rajeev Masand and Anupama Chopra would be common place for a celeb before a movie release. Cut to Bombay Journey and Curly Tales in the present times.

  2. This interview felt like a date!( I mean it as a compliment 😊). Loved that it was a two-way conversation in a sense that Chaitanya was also interested in Kamiya's tastes and preferences. Such an easy going, feel good interview! Loved it!

  3. AS USUAL, Again a nice vlog. 👌. i loved the way naga chaitanya said…
    mumbai – hyd ? hyderabad
hyderabad – chennai ? again hyderabad…………..ooo was nice.

  4. This was such a calm and composed sort of interview with no unnecessary drama and show off . south indian actors always take ur heart away and host is also nice.

  5. Did you learn Hindi after coming here 🙂 and what about Marathi, it's completely overshadowed.

  6. It's not dhosha. It's dosa. If you can't pronounce please use technology like Google pronunciation to get some help.

  7. Look at her giggling throughout the episode haha. She's totally fan-girling.

  8. He's family is no. 1 richest film family in indiaa….. Then also he is soo humble…… Love u chayyy ….. .

  9. Didn't see such a down to earth celebrity that to Nagarjuna 's son who has come from such a huge background

  13. He said he was in Mumbai for 4 months for acting class and I wonder which language he learned his acting classes lol

  14. Curly Tales you are doing an amazing job of introducing local cuisines from across different parts of India. I am a PhD student and doing a comparative research on traditional Food of India, Japan, Korea and China. Would love to see more of traditional foods’ vlog in the future.

And yes, South Indian actors are so humble. Very rare trait to see in celebrities from “Bollywood” (except a few).

  15. The kind of money he has he could have shown all kinds of attitude. But look how humble and charming he is ❤❤

  16. I'll take this opportunity to say PLEASE, for everyone who pronounces "Dosa" with the hard "D," that's incorrect. It's so easy say it correctly. It's Dosa as in "Ek DO teen." Not hard at all. Chaitanya kept saying dosa correctly over and over again but Kamiya was constantly saying the "D" incorrectly. It's a common mistake with North Indians. Secondly, it's "saambAAr," not "saambur." Lol, I rest my case.
