Using JR West’s Saikoro Kippu (Dice Ticket) – I took a nicely discounted trip to Hyogo Prefecture’s Kinosaki Onsen, before taking a quick trip to Amarube town. This is a summary of my trip there, and a look at Kansai’s Kounotori Express train.
