Welcome to part 1 of 2 in ROME, Italy vlog!

In this vlog my family and I eat and explore our way through the eternal city. Join my fiancé and I, as well as my sister Juls and her fiancé in Rome for 6 days. This is the first 4 days in Rome, so stay tuned for the last few days and conclusion in part 2 to follow. When you travel to Italy and through Rome in particular, you might ask yourself: What are the best things to eat in Rome? What are the best restaurants in Rome? What are the best gelaterias of Rome? What should I see in Rome? Where should I stay in Rome? How much does it cost to travel to Rome? Etc… I hope I can answer many of those questions for you. I’ve been to Rome more times than I can count, so I have a huge understanding of this city, as well as insider tips to navigate this beautiful city. Alternatively, it was my fiancé’s first time in Rome, and Italy, so I really wanted to show him the best of Rome. We did a lot of things that locals do, like eating like a local in Rome, as well as sight see many famous spots in Rome, visiting popular tourist spots. We ate at delicious spots like tonnarello, da Enzo, Roscioli, etc… We had drinks at Terrazzo Borromini, and lots of street food like pizza al taglio, gelato, and supli. Rome is full of history, culture, delicious food, sights and sounds, I am happy to show you the BEST of Rome Italy! Rome is one of my favourite cities in the whole world, so please enjoy this beautiful travel vlog of ROMA!

  1. Nobody blogs Rome like you do! Loved it! We were there in late July, so just missed crossing paths. I will say I was quite unimpressed with Frigidarium…I’ve tried so hard to like it, but I think it was inferior to the amazing gelato we had in Croatia prior

  2. Beautiful! Do you recommend renting one of those scooters or vespas while in Italy or is it best to rely on public transport? Thanks!

  3. Im getting deja vous from watching your vlog. I just came back from Rome 5 days ago and it was so cool seeing some of the places you went to that I did also. I also have to agree with you regarding the Vatican…it was at times really hot in there. I did a 2 hour guided tour so it was at times unbearable. It wasn’t till we got to the Sistine Chapel that there was a bit of a reprieve. I too was disappointed by the temperature irregularities. But all in all Rome was just unbelievably beautiful.

  4. Rome ,Italy 🇮🇹 vlog 👍 you're doing a great job lisa explaining everything 👏 ❤️

  5. I think that in some areas of the Vatican Museum they cannot turn the air conditioning too high to protect some paintings.

  6. Omg thank you for pointing out tourist traps!! So excited to eat good food and order exactly what y’all ordered in November. Love the history parts too where you tell us more about the site! ❤

  7. The way you capture the essence of Italy… nessuno lo sa fare!🙌🏻🫶🏻
