  1. Very cool 😎 This reminds of back in the 80’s they had a ride similar at Opryland before it closed. It wasn’t wooden though but, same concept.

  2. I've rode this once… We got stuck just before the break run. An employee had to come push us into the brakes…

  3. YES, thats fun 🙂 I ride the 1985 "Bobbaan" in Efteling theme park every time I can. A 2m10s ride time. That attraction will ceise to exist, = until sept. 2019. (Reason being, standard spare parts are unexisting in the past years, the company who built it does not exist anymore)

The original bobs from Efteling, are still running on La Vibora, Six Flags over Texas ! … the bob-cars in Efteling are bigger with 2 riders side by side, and 8 bobs operating.

  4. I’ve gone every year since I was born and I’ve had so many memories coming back every year watching this ride progress and Always asking when it would be up. Once it was up the lines were long so I was not able to get my chance but I eventually got on it was chill and out of this world ride. Knoebels is a great park with good prices and you can bring your dogs

  5. There was the original it was at Euclid Beach Park in Cleveland, Ohio. It closed in 1969. Called the Flying Turns.Good to see this awesome type ride being preserved.

  6. Ive already rode it, it’s at Knoebels PA and it’s a great ride for people who like fast pulling rides

  7. Just so everyone knows there is a weight limit on this ride I tried to ride it last year I think it is 300 pounds just to let everyone know that

  8. I used to work on this ride, they take so many precautions and weight distribution is key. If you have any questions about the ride, let me know!

  9. Not long nor high. But wicked cool. Well worth a trip to this gem in the mountains of PA.

  10. Of course I wanna go on this. Heck, I wanna go on every ride you guys do!

  11. I live in Pennsylvania and I go here every year in May & September! Truly an amazing place to go! I love camping, the food, and the amazing rides!!!! It is my family’s tradition and most of all the way everyone treats you! 🎢🎡🎠

  12. When I was in high school they had one of the original Flying Turns, it went up the hill inside a long tunnel. It only had one lift and the cars were replaced once from more standard ones to sort of deco designed versions. Unfortunately when I was in College in the early 60s the Highlands Amusement Park burned and the ride was gone forever. I think I read it was one of three of the original designs. It was an usual and fun ride but I preferred the Comet Roller Coaster in the same park.

  14. Finally got to ride this. Opening day this year. Absolutely love this, it's so smooth and fun. Not the kind of coaster that terrifies people. This just makes everyone happy.

  15. They are complete nazis if you try to get out your GoPro on this ride. Pheonix – no issue….. but this ride they act like it is going 100mph.

  16. My daughter and I would LOVE ti ride this! We're putting it on our bucket list. Thanks for posting!
