One of the most common questions that our Editor-In-Chief Kamiya Jani gets asked is why don’t you put on weight? You’re always eating!
In this video, she shares her diet routine that she follows off-camera. Diet does not mean compromising on food, she eats everything she likes but also takes care about the nutrition levels and proportions. Being a huge rice lover, she recently came across Thaiji Gold Hom Mali Jasmine Rice which is light in weight, low in carbs & tasty. She includes this rice in 1 of her meals and enjoys it with Indian curry.
Hope you enjoyed getting a sneak peek into Kamiya Jani’s diet.
Thaiji Gold Jasmine & Sushi Rice are available in the Metro cities, and also on Amazon.in & Flipkart.com

Like the concept of promoting this brand of rice , absolutely new twist
This is a misguided video for Rice Ad Added with routine
why sponsored…? its misguiding
Superb! Now please make a video on your dresses
Big fan of u sister lots of love from karnataka ❤❤ always love to see u and your videos 😍🤩
Thanks for enlightening us that Indians have to eat their basic staple grain imported from some other country to stay healthy!!
5 minute long advertisement..
Kamiya aapka to job hi travelling ka hai mahine mein 20-22 din to bahar hi nikalta hoga usmein kaise possible ho pata hoga… Yeh schedule. But, it's nice. 💕💕
awesome rice ad
Only to realize it's a sponsored video promoting a rice brand.
But I love Samosa… for eat …
Day by day your channel is turning out to be more fake and artificial than before. At one point you seemed to be a genuine food and travel vlogger but these days you are nothing but a marketer and influencer. Nobody is interested in buying Jasmine rice of Thailand when India produces the best rice variety homegrown. Most lame video seen on this channel.
U eat really very less
Real video started from 1:54
Hey Kamya!!
Start again to Exploring Maharashtra's some other Districts again as well as Rural Areas so that we can see the Culture and Beauties of Nature
Hope you will Do again for your Fans
I prefer Indian rice…which is healthy local and our farmers get money….i mostly go for made in India 🙏🙏🙏
Many locals in my country who has been eating Thai jasmine rice has now switched to Indian Basmati rice due to its lower GI. Ads are promoting it as a healthier choice. Even their pet dogs are fed our rice. India always has the best produce.
Do we really need that expensive rice to remain healthy …also a good shelf life as she is travelling most of the time..
WOW, You and I have a very similar diet with a slight variation. I also start my day with a warm glass of water. I skip the egg and toast and jump to fruits smoothie with my protein powder. Then couple of hours later, I have herbal tea and handful of almonds. That carries me to lunch till about 1:30. I have proper khaana with basmati rice and what ever curry or dal and vegetables I’ve cooked. Then in the evening, I’ve one cocktail and some nuts. For dinner it’s always something light, like tandoori chicken, fish, salad, soup or bowl full of dal. No carbs at night if I can help it. AND, I drink about 10 8oz glasses of water throughout the day. Stay healthy, happy and FIT. That’s my mantra.
No wonder, you look SO good!
This was a rice advertisement 😂
This rice as is hilarious! Clever way to market the rice! It’s def not healthier than basmati.
Can you suggest budget. Friendly trip
Great creator on YouTube 👍👍👍👍 keep it up thanks🙏🙏
U r just awesome
Such a show off she is promoting Thai rice
I think it's rice 🍚 add
Good food good life 🙏
rice ki ad pese mile honge bechari ko
I also love rice
what i have admired from u, so far, is respectful speech and genuineness. The minute you start promoting a disgustingly expensive product, stating it as healthy, and better alternative to locally sourced rice, and you are doing it by jarringly fitting it in your routine video, which people are only watching cus they have come to like you and want to genuinely know you, is when you lose the trust and the audience. Promote ethically (say u tried and u liked it, even if not true, atleast it's acceptable) and not by 'on the face' fitting it in a video that people came to see to know YOU, all they are getting is fabricated facts
I feel that videos like ' what i eat in a day, and what i have in my bag' shud be genuine, is when u are respectful of ur viewers
Let's buy rice from Indian farmers and reduce their poverty. Why should we import from other countries when we belong to an agricultural country by default. Poor Indian farmers should not remain poor by sending our money to foreign farmers 😔😔😔
I really like your videos Kamiya and this video is nice too…I just didn't like the foreign brand promotion 😔😔
@curlytales pls do a Sunday brunch with thank god team
😂😂 please do some meditation… and be more creative
