Hello!! My Fiance asked me to ask you how's living in Summerlin so far!? Congrats btw!! Do you have any regrets? Any doubts or anything like that so far? She's nervous as its our first house we want to buy and we are just soaking up info and advice from everyone we can!! Rates are craaaazy right now but a Sapphire build we like in Obsidian just came back on the market ( I guess buyer backed out of their contract?) But ya our real estate agent just told us about it as it will be completed around January which is ideal! But with Rates so wild its scary but still anything is better than paying rent which feels like a waste of money haha. But ya any feedback so far from RedPoint square, Woodside homes, living in LV and Summerlin in general would greatly help!! Thanks again for all the great videos during this process it's helped us for sure!!
