Here is the last video in our series from the island of Sado in the Sea of Japan. Checking out a mine that inspired Dueling Peaks in Breath of the Wild and a few other things before heading home. Enjoy!

  1. Superb video as always, it was great to learn about the real life Dueling peaks! The videos are not just pure crisp entertainment, they are educational as well! 🙂

  2. Wooooooo comments comments comments!!!!! Video is bomb!!!!! Awesome sado series. Great job guys. Quality content 💚💚💚

  3. Nothing better than taking hard water into the face lol. I believe hard and soft water is determined by the mineral composition. Soft water feels and tastes "soft" while hard water just rekts you. Jk, but generally it feels rougher than soft in a shower or when drinking. Hard water also leaves lots of limescale in kettles and shower heads!

  4. Wow, imagine how many people spent their lives in those mines. Brutal work.
I kept expecting Kyde to get blown away! Yeesh, that's how it gets in Chicago sometimes. I've had to literally hold on to light poles to keep from being knocked down. (Especially when I lived near the lake.)

  5. Sado has been one of the more interesting and fun series you guys have put out. It's always a blast to see what you two end up finding and I look forward to seeing more!

  6. thank you so much for doing this sado series! i'm doing my research project about sado so all of this footage has been incredibly helpful 🙂 as always, loved watching your adventures! cheers!!

  7. Great video and after watching you perked me up. Love the laughter and wittiness. Also, I am definitely saving the series for a future trip to Sado Island. Keep up the great work you two!

  8. I didn't have much culture shock on any of my trips to Japan, but the one that did get me was the hard water, for many of the same reasons. It's just added minerals for health stuff and most I spoke to there swore by it. It was a big adjustment for me.

  9. Tune on in for Eric, "crunching a nut," followed by Kyde "eating an eyeball.," and more rare birds in a storybook land. I love this channel! I think the lack of travel to Japan is a factor in people not searching your videos. If you search people to follow you like, they may follow you back too. Hope your videos get recommended more soon…your niche content, nobody has a channel like yours so…

  10. Kyde thinks +11 degrees Celsius is cold.
    * Laughs In -35 Celsius Canadian Winters *
    I go swimming when it's +11. lol

  11. Sado! I'm planning a rather large trip to japan and now I've got this area on the list of places to see about 😀

  12. I am kind of on the fence for Sado island. I mean it will hopefully be a long holiday in japan, and my plans will take not that far away (Ishikawa), but i will most likely travel in fall and i kind of see an island more as a good way to got swimming. But in fall that is not that of a great idea. My stupid notions could get in the way of an experience.

Maybe Sado island is for the second trip to Japan better. I need at least some destinations left for motivtion for coming again….

  13. I really like this set of videos!
Nothing too exciting but I feel like you guys captured the feels in a really slick way.
    Don't change.
BTW mega props to Kyde for spotting the Breath of the Wild scenery, she gets 10 points!
