This time, we will start from Rokkakubashi Shopping Street on a rainy night and stroll along the Toyoko Flower Green Way to Yokohama Station.

【What is the Toyoko Flower Green Way?】
The Toyoko Flower Green Way is a 1.4 km long greenway (park) developed by Yokohama City on the former railway tracks between Higashi-Hakuraku Station and Yokohama Station, which were created by the undergrounding of the Tokyu Toyoko Line.
With the opening of the Minatomirai Line (Yokohama Station – Motomachi-Chukagai Station) in February 2004, Sorimachi Station and Yokohama Station on the Tokyu Toyoko Line, which runs directly to the Minatomirai Line, were converted to underground service. After the removal of the tracks was completed, the greenway was constructed, and the entire section was completed in April 2011. As a result, it is now possible to walk between Yokohama Station and Higashi-Hakuraku Station.
