The Innoshima Bridge is a Japanese suspension bridge, part of the 59 kilometer Nishiseto Expressway linking the islands of Honshu and Shikoku.
Completed in 1983, it has a main span of 770 m (2,526 ft) and connects Mukaishima, Hiroshima with Innoshima, Hiroshima.
Hassakuya is my favorite Japanese sweets shop.
Hassaku originated in Innoshima.
Hassaku Daifuku was born in Innoshima using the fruit.
The exquisite balance between the sourness of hassaku and the sweetness of white bean paste, and the texture of the tangerine mochi that wraps it, continues to be loved by many people.
Hassaku daifuku are being made today in this cottage with a spectacular view of Innoshima Bridge.
