    Now I’m freaking out. If a family member just got approved for a visa, do I need to book their flight using a travel agency? Or this is only for tourist visas? Thank you for all your videos!

    JTB Singapore has been holding back from taking in any “Unguided Packaged Tours” booking for lack of clarity from the JP government. They said they havent received the full guidelines from the government and refused to sell any packages until they do so. HIS Singapore said they only accept bookings for said tour if the group consists of at least 6 Adults, citing lack of manpower to process too many “packaged tours” . Either thats true or they just want to squeeze more money. This policy is doomed to fail indeed.

    I made some inquiries and got one response. The main consideration is contacting and managing visitors if they get corona or contact a cluster. I am convinced now the government does NOT want tourists. This is just a delay to keep numbers low as possible as they continue to asses the situation. The conditions of the tour quoted are too onerous in my situation and I will pass.
