The New Benjakitti Forest Park in Bangkok is great for early morning Exercise. I take my bicycle for a spin several times per week. Took my new bicycle for a spin on Sunday morning.
Howard used to live in bangkok, but moved to Switzerland. He decided to give me his bicycle, which he barely used. I want to thank Howard for his kind gift.

Iβm real excited to be back in BKK in early October for at least a year and get in some riding around parks like this one! Itβs just a pity I canβt use them to walk my dogs, too.
