  1. Its the presentation though, id want it served to me with the right ambience etc…. I hate to be picky but  laminated menus just remind me of cheapskate restaurants…..

    The meat looks big and then put on the grill , is smaller than half a mushroom. I think I will just eat chuck steak marinaded and a shitaki load of mushrooms and onions.

  3. A5 grade Wagyu in Japanese supermarkets can usually be had for about $20/pound and up depending on the cut of meat and which farm it was sourced.

  4. if you go to Kobe, there is a place called steakland or something. Serve the kobe beef tenderloin for 45€

  6. This beef is fucking disgusting looking. Talk about low quality, corn fed beef. I would take pastured, grass fed beef any day of the week over this Wagyu beef. The meat looks very unhealthy, with the unhealthy kind of fat, not the good kind of fat. Cattle should never be fed or finished on corn or wheat, if you want to produce a high quality, as well as healthy meat product.
