We finally tried rodizio Brazilian churrasco!
It’s an all-you-can-eat Brazilian BBQ, and we tried it at the most famous Brazilian steakhouse: Fogo de Chao.
Check out our reaction trying this Brazilian food.

Stay tuned for more Brazil travel vlogs, including Brazilian food vlogs, and some deep dives into the history and culture of Brazil. Of course, we will be heading over to Rio De Janeiro for some beach life (and more drinking and dancing, we’d imagine) and then into the Amazon rainforest to capture some wildlife. So, in the end, lots more good content to come from Brazil!

  1. Friends, it is not impolite to eat only meat. Steakhouse is expensive for the meat. They put the other things so that we stop eating early. The ideal is to eat only the meat. And roasted pineapple at the end, to help with digestion.

  2. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

  3. Gaúcho – it is how they are dressed like. Traditionally a "Fogo de Chão" bbq was created by them on the southern part of Brazil. I am not entirely sure but there is something to do with the famous Argentinian bbq as well.
Glad you guys enjoyed because just by watching I am starving lol 🤤
    Cheers from Toronto

  4. I think that many brazilians have no access to an all you can eat churrasco (due to its price be very very expensive nowadays and even before). A good churrasco is around BRL 100,00 up to 250,00 (per person) in Rio de Janeiro (It would be even more expensive on some places in São Paulo) depending on the variety of the menu. Just to make a comparison average salary of a regular brazilian framily is about BRL 1200,00. So a churrasco in restaurants (all you can eat) is for minority. Of course brazilians try to remedy this by making churrasco in their own homes (mainly in southern, like Gauchos and Catarinenses). The rest of the country if they want to really eat churrasco they have two options: go to an all you can eat restaurant or reduce the variety and quantity in their homes (make churrasco is a mess).

  5. A banana serve pra tirar o sabor da carne que vc comeu, e permite que vc desfrute do sabor diferenciado da próxima

  6. A cut I don't think you guys got was the Beef Hump is one of the best Brazilian cuts you can experience in Brazil and unfortunately not available in many countries because it comes from an area where most countries inject the vaccines (i.e.: USA) therefore some countries like USA don't allow it's consumption. But it's the fattiest, juiciest and richest cut you will have, it just melts in the mouth. I highly recommend trying it next time in Brazil!

  7. Omg picanha picaña from an authentic 🇧🇷 brazilian rodizio it’s heaven 🥰👌👌👌 literally ! In Spain 🇪🇸 it’s the CARABineros 🍤 🦐 that’s another level 🙌🏻😍🤩 in Peru 🇵🇪 it’s ceviche in Ecuador 🇪🇨 the best crabs 🦀 you can imagine and the best the best sanduche de chancho which is pernil omg they make it so delicious 🤤 unique 🥖👌👌👌 and hornado or the way they make chicharrón uff a dream come true the thing is that you have to go to the correct places to eat yummy food 🥘 because not everybody knows how to cook 👩‍🍳😅 also the best soups in the world 👌👌👌👌 they also have delicious shrimp ceviche and conchas negras ceviche only don’t order never fish ceviche it’s not good 😅

  8. Dude you guys are top I loved you I loved that you loved our barbecue, what you called sausage, it's not sausage it's LINGUIÇA KKK, where did you get that picanha is nos-pecan? kkkkkkkk what madness. Thank God here we have plenty and at the same time we have so many people without having to eat our politics is like a cancer that has been coming for a long time but one day we will win, evil cannot always win good. I have already subscribed to your channel and I will follow you with ceteza. It cost!

  9. My favorite way of enjoying the rodízio is eating the meat with pineapple but not just the normal one but the grilled one. 🤤Yummy

  11. They were dressed as Gaúchos. Traditional south Brazilian garment. And the taste of the Brazilian barbecue comes exclusively from the meat, cuz the only condiment allowed and necessary is the Coarse Salt to accentuate the meat flavor.
By the way, you were right, never eat salad in a Rodizio de Churrasco. 🙂
A Gaúcho's tip for you. The Lamb is one of the best meats yes, but the Argentine's Lamb is the BEST Lamb in the word if made like Brazilian barbecue. You should try Costela, bovine and Lamb as well and suck the bones.

  12. YOU BOIL THE RIBS FIRST…??? NEVER…!!!
JUST COARSE SEA SALT ON BOTH SIDES AND STRAIGHT TO THE BARBACUE (NOT OVER FLAME BUT NEAR TO THE RED HOT CHARCOAL). SAME THING IN THE OVEN…

  13. A few tips for next time:

    1. Don't eat sausage or chicken, you're wasting space in your stomach. Accept only the prime meats. It is not rude
    2. Don't eat meats that come with parmesan cheese, those are actually lower quality and the cheese disguise that. They also make you thirsty, so you drink more liquid and get full. They can be tasty though, so don't feel ashamed to partake if you really love them
    3. It is not rude to not eat the side dishes. When I go to a churrascaria, I eat almost exclusively meat
    4. You can change the plate as many times as you want, no need to keep a dirty place full of a bunch of things you don't wanna eat
    5. Carbonated water is your, but don't exaggerate
    6. If you're extra nice with the servers, they'll never forget you when the picanha comes
    7. After a while, it is okay to use polite hand gestures and facial expressions to communicate to the servers, this both yours and theirs time

  14. "This is the kind of food that goes to your soul and goes to your heart."

Idk about the soul part, but it literally goes to your heart. 🏥

  15. You can´t say you enjoyed a rodizio steak house if you don´t get that sad guiltness feeling of being stuffed with food. And you regret all your lifes decisions that leads you to that place. But deep inside you know you are lying to yourself and next week you´ll be doing the same thing.

  16. I messed up the first time I went. Was better second time. Next time my strategy will be to load up on the meat first and then visit the salad bar. Get the appropriate amount of vegetable/carb ratio after I know amount of protein I'm having. Also some acidity to offset the rich beef

  17. You have this bbq in all Brazil, Fogo de Chão is just one of them. When you eat is good a pineapple piace baked with cinamon over, this help tô diggest and clean the flavor of meats.
