Mike, you made a video of a hot pot place you went to in Dallas (I think!) I can't find it and I've searched so much. It seems you were in a private room almost and they served wagyu. If you have a chance to come back to Dallas area, try Pho Cowboy in Plano. I do like Pho Pasteur but Pho Cowboy is a tad better.
