How can one describe this recce motorcycle tour? Although we know that January is rain season in Tanzania, this was the only time we had to scout the routes before our upcoming off-road tour later that year. January 2018, Central Tanzania had extraordinary high rainfall figures which made part of our tour a muddy expedition. Tanzania is adventure country and the back-roads are ideal for dual-purpose bikes and touring.
Our long-time recce partners, Leon and Lisa joined us on this trip and we had an amazing and truly memorable experience!
