Hi ! Love your channel! Could I make a suggestion about Diet ! If you are always hungry it can be related to blood glucose levels and in particular Rice ! If you get away from high carb ( rice ) and eat more Protein , you will be amazed at the change in food cravings! And in particular when you get older the long term side affect of Diabetes! Epidemic in Phillipines & Thailand! Just saying ?
