Cooking and eating alive octopus in Vung Tau, Vietnam

I apologize to anyone who feels hurt by this video. My only intention is to share culture, food and attractions from different places. Please note that It is common to cook live seafood in south east Asia and china.

  1. in order to keep a food / meat fresh , sometimes cooking them while still alive is somehow needed though . I prefer this way actually , fish or octopus or stuff…

  2. People that say that cooking alive is the best method to retain a good quality meat, are utterly ignorant and know nothing about cooking.
    Every creature under intense pain will release fluids in the body.
    Pain and suffering do have a taste…and it ain't good.

  3. They are out of their misery within minutes. How else would you kill them? Cut them up into pieces, so that they could be in agony for hours.
